At WR Nutrition, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and flexible returns policy on all products, including opened items.
This policy applies to all UK orders placed through www.wrnutrition.co.uk.
Returns period
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
This return period exceeds the standard 14-day cancellation period under UK consumer law and is offered to provide additional flexibility.

All products sold by WR Nutrition are eligible for return, including:

There are no exclusions. If your order included multiple items or promotional items, all components must be returned to qualify for a full refund.
Condition of returns
Opened or used items may still be returned. Please ensure:

Items are packaged safely for return
We do not require products to be unused or in resale condition.
How to return an item
To initiate a return:

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs. -
Incorrect, damaged, or faulty items:
WR Nutrition will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return option.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable for standard change-of-mind returns.
Incorrect, damaged, or faulty products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
In these cases, we will offer:

Refunds

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us by email.
In most cases, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement item to ensure faster processing.
Return postage for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
