Overview

At WR Nutrition, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and flexible returns policy on all products, including opened items.

This policy applies to all UK orders placed through www.wrnutrition.co.uk.

Returns period

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

This return period exceeds the standard 14-day cancellation period under UK consumer law and is offered to provide additional flexibility.

Eligible products

All products sold by WR Nutrition are eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Unopened products

  • Bundles and multi-item purchases

There are no exclusions. If your order included multiple items or promotional items, all components must be returned to qualify for a full refund.

Condition of returns

Opened or used items may still be returned. Please ensure:

  • Products are returned in their original container where possible

  • Containers are securely closed to prevent leaks

  • Items are packaged safely for return

We do not require products to be unused or in resale condition.

How to return an item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email office@wrnutrition.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return

  3. We will confirm the return and provide return instructions

  4. Send the item back to the address listed below

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind / unwanted items:
    The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

  • Incorrect, damaged, or faulty items:
    WR Nutrition will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return option.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable for standard change-of-mind returns.

Incorrect, damaged, or faulty products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

In these cases, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement item

We will also cover any return postage costs associated with these issues.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked:

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed

Please allow up to 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us by email.

In most cases, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement item to ensure faster processing.

Return postage for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order:

  • Before dispatch: We can cancel and issue a full refund

  • After dispatch: You may return the item under this Returns Policy

Orders already delivered must be returned before a refund can be issued.
